How to install PhotoQt in Ubuntu
To install PhotoQt in Ubuntu
PhotoQT is an open-source image viewer designed with advanced manipulation features and file management. It allows the users to rotate, flip and zoom images. Users can also able to delete or move and rename the images. Installation of PhotoQt in Ubuntu is discussed in this article.
Installation of PhotoQt
Use “ apt-add-repository” command to add the photoqt repo file.
root@linuxhelp:~# apt-add-repository ppa:lumas/photoqt
Contains packages for PhotoQt Image Viewer.

PhotoQT is ready to use. Enter ' photoqt' on the terminal to open the application.
root@linuxhelp:~# photoqt
Welcome page will appear on the screen, then click on the “ lets get started” option to proceed.
Next it shows the shortcuts, click “ got it” to open the photoqt workspace.
Select the image directory to choose the required image.
Here click on any image displayed in the directory.
Mouse over to the right corner of the image viewer to get main menu slide window as shown below. Now start edit and modify your image with the image editors.
