Krop is a free, simple and lightweight graphical PDF crop tool. You can split pages in a PDF file into sub-pages using Krop, doing this may help you crop the pages of a PDF file to fit the limited screen size of devices such as eReaders. One of the interesting features of Krop is that it has the option of automatic selection via Trim Margins button. Krop also lets you to crop all pages, even/odd page, or an individual page. Installing Krop
In order to install Krop, you need to first download the installation package by using the wget command along with its official download link.

is its ability to automatically split pages into subpages to fit the limited screensize of devices such as
eReaders. This is particularly useful, if your eReader
does not support convenient scrolling. (In fact, I wrote krop to be able to read
mathematical papers on my Nook.
