Routing

Routing allows the user to send IP packets from one end to the other. It permits the manipulation of IP routing table. The main aim of routing is setting up of static routes to particular networks or hosts with the help of an interface.Sending an e-mail message involves the transmission of datagrams or a series of IP packets. Routing is usually performed using the router that forwards the traffic on the network and route the data packets to the destination.
