How to install Pixelitor in Ubuntu

To install Pixelitor in Ubuntu

Pixelitor is an open source image editing software, which is used to edit image layers and effects with advanced features. It contains more than 80 image filters and color adjustments. Installation of Pixelitor in Ubuntu is explained in this article.

Installation of Pixelitor

First add the required repository with the following command.

Update the newly added repository with the below command.

Open the pixelitor from the Unity dash. Enter the pixelitor in the search bar and then click on the displayed icon.

The pixelitor software will open on the desktop as shown below. Here you can draw your own art with an amazing editing tools.

To uninstall Pixelitor package

Run the below command to remove the pixelitor.
