Change the time format on EXCEL Sheet

I want to change the time format h:mm to hh:mm on excel sheet?

Open the following location Control Panel -> Clock and Region -> Region

Then change the format of long time from h:mm:ss:tt to hh:mm:ss:tt

Then go and check the Excel sheet the time format will be changed
