Answer
The best is not sure but the default one is fdisk command. There are various commands such as sfdisk, cfdisk, parted, df, etc.,
Simply type fdisk -l command to view the available partitions.

Also run lsscsi and blkid to view the disk partition details.........!

I use lsblk command to view partitions and which is the best I should use....???
