Answer
Check the Gitlab service by using gitlab-ctl status command. At first check with this command, if some service, for example, nginx is not started you may get Site can't reached error. So start the particular services if so....

gitlab is not working in browser
I have been using Gitlab for past 10 days. Now i cant access it from gitlab. how to check for the gitlab service and how to get that in browser.??
