Answer
The version of PostgreSQL is not supported for openproject you should manually installed the PostgreSQL and create a database and enter into existing PostgreSQL and continue your installation procedure

Unable to configure the PostgreSQL in openproject
When configure the openproject i cant able to install PostgreSQL in the openproject how can i fix the issue
