@karthikeyankarthi this file contains only the configuration not the rules displayed in iptables -L. It will be stored in /etc/sysconfig/iptables file.

Where the IPtables config file located
I can able to view the rules using iptables -L command. Incase I need to edit the rules then where could I do...???
