Configuring Follow-Me for an extension in issabel

issabel is an open source software for PBX Unified Communication Solution, it is a web based interface for configuration and management for call center like module. In this tutorial, we can see how to create the Follow-Me extention in issabel.

To add Follow-Me

Once you log into issabel, select PBX option from the left pane. Choose PBX configuration and click follow-me option. 1 2 3 Select the extension for which you need to add Follow-Me 4 Use the disable option to disable the follow-me for the extension, and then select all the required information. Use the extension quick pick option to add extentions. Make all the neccessory configuration. In this tutorial, the follow me option is set for 101 extention. Assign a ring time and after time out the call will be redirected to another extension. 5 If there is no answer in destination number the call will be redirected 6 7 After configuring click submit changes and click on the apply config, Now the new ' Follow-Me' for the 101 extension is created. 8 9 The Follow me for an extension has been successfully created. 10 With this, the method to add Follow-Me for an extension in issabel comes to an end
