How to create Notes in SuiteCRM

Configuration Of Notes Module on SuiteCRM

To create a new note for specific user 1 Go to “ All “ option, where click on “ Notes“

Where Select create option if you don’t have the imported notes file 2

Click on the arrow symbol to select the contact 3

Select the contact which you have created already otherwise create the new contact 4

Click on the arrow symbol to select the account 5

Select the account which you have already created otherwise create the new account 6

Give subject name 7

Use attachment option if you want to attach any file 8

In note field type the content what you want to inform 9

Click on the arrow symbol to select the assignee 10

Then change the assignee to whom you want to 11

Then save the changes 12

Click here to view the attachment file 13

Click here to download the attachment 14

To check the note file as a Erick user

Login as a Erick then check the notes file 15

Click on the all option and select Notes 16

Click on the note file 17

Now you can view and download the attachment of the Notes file 18

To export the notes file select Bulk Action , where select the export 19

To import the note file select import notes option from the left side pane 20

Click on the browse option to select the .csv file 21

If you want to update the existing record select 2nd option otherwise use the first option and Select Next 22

To check the imported file properties click on the view and Select Next 23

Confirm the field mapping of the importing note file 24

Check for the possible duplicates 25

Select import 26

To delete the notes file select the file and click on Bulk Action where select delete option 27

To duplicate the notes file click on the note file, then click on the Action option and select the duplicate option 28 With this,Creation of Notes in SuiteCRM comes to end.
