To install Cricket Score Indicator in Ubuntu

Cricket Score Indicator is an application that shows current score in the Linux distributions. It displays both international and domestic live cricket scores on the indicator panel. Users can also set any match as label to view it directly on the panel. Installation of Cricket Score Indicator in Ubuntu is explained in this manual.

Installation of Cricket Score Indicator

First add the required repositories to the system with the following command.

root@linuxhelp:/home/user1/Desktop# apt-add-repository ppa:rawcoder/cricket-score-indicator
 This project eliminates the need to open a cricket website to check cricket scores. The indicator displays live score in the panel. You can select the match to be displayed in panel from the menu list.

Next run the " apt-get update" command.

Now run the below command to install the cricket score indicator.

After the installation is completed, open the cricket score indicator in unity dash. Type cricket in the search bar and select the cricket score indicator icon.

Click on the indicator panel on the taskbar to view the International cricket live scores as given below.

Here you can also set domestic cricket live scores as label.
