Firefox OS is a new Linux based mobile operating system, built by using the new HTML5 technology by the Mozilla developers. This article explains the installation of Firefox OS Simulator.

To install Firefox OS Simulator

Open the firefox web browser, and call https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/labs/fxos-simulator/ in order to download the firefox os simulator. Select the stable version to download.
Select_Stable_Version
The Firefox OS Simulator download starts.
Download_Firefox_OS_Simulator

Installation is completed.
Installation_complete
Open about:App-Manager and start the simulator.
Starting_simulator

You can start an instance of the simulator as follows.
App_Manager
You can check the updates.
