To Install Mynotex on Ubuntu 17.04

MyNotex is free software dedicated to note taking and activity management. It offers several features for redaction, classification and search according to certain criteria.It is used to take notes, to file documents and to manage activities. it is possible to change the font name, size and color of a selected text and of its background, and also to set bold, italic, underline and strike-through the text may have pictures within it , in this application. It is so simple to install Mynotex on Ubuntu 17.04 and this article covers the ground on the same process.

Installing Mynotex

It is really essential to add the repo in your machine, so run the following command.

root@linuxhelp:~# sh -c ' echo " deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc)-getdeb apps"  > >  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list' 

Add a key to repository as follows.

root@linuxhelp:~#  wget -q -O- http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -

Once it is done, you shall update your newly added repository.

And then you shall begin the installation of Mynotex by executing the following command.

root@linuxhelp:~# apt-get install mynotex

Once it is installed, you shall launch it from your Ubuntu dashboard. Use the search-field and type Mynotex, the application icon appears, click the icon to open it.
