Installation of Skype 4.3 On Ubuntu 15.10

To Install or Upgrade Skype 4.3 in Ubuntu 15.10
First download the Skype package from the Skype official site
http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-linux/
After downloading the Skype installation package you can view the file in downloads directory
user1@linuxhelp:~$ cd Downloads/
user1@linuxhelp:~/Downloads$ ll
....
....
-rw-rw-r-- 1 user1 user1 20112698 Mar 31 14:40 skype-ubuntu-precise_4.3.0.37-1_i386.deb
To install Skype
Install the downloaded Skype package.
user1@linuxhelp:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i skype-ubuntu-precise_4.3.0.37-1_i386.deb
(Reading database ... 253421 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack skype-ubuntu-precise_4.3.0.37-1_i386.deb ...
Unpacking skype:i386 (4.3.0.37-1) over (4.3.0.37-1) ...

Once the installation is completed, use the following command to open Skype application.
user1@linuxhelp:~/Downloads$ skype
The dependency problem may occur during the installation process as shown below.
user1@linuxhelp:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i skype-ubuntu-precise_4.3.0.37-1_i386.deb
