Process:

PDF templates:

Navigate to PDF Template module as follows Create a New PDF Template as follows Enter the name of the field, select the type of the document as leads and load the Leads Sample with A4 size and portrait orientation as shown below View the sample Lead Template Customise the margins as per your requirement and save the PDF Template. Click On View PDF Templates to view the created PDF Template. Select the created PDF Template View the PDF Template as follows

Leads Module:

Navigate to leads Module Select any one of the leads Go to Actions Menu and click on Print as PDF

Selelct the lead that you have created now A PDF Has been downloaded to the system Clcik on the PDF to view the data that has automatically merged with the leads name on it.
