How to Upload and Download the File In SuiteCRM 7.11.7 Meetings Module

This video explains the method to schedule a meeting in SuiteCRM 7.11.7 Using Meetings module

Process:

Navigate to the Meetings Module as follows Snap (1) Select any one of the meetings that you would want to upload as follows Snap (2) Scroll down the meetings record to view the Notes section Snap (3) Create a Note by clicking on it. Snap (4)

Click on Full Form as follows Snap (5) Select the contact if you would want to link this note.or else just ignore it and select the related to option as meeting with the Meeting name . Snap (6) Enter the Subject name and click on Choose file Option to attach the file. Snap (7) Select the file that you want to upload and click on Open Snap (8) Enter the description of the note Snap (9)

Assign the record to the desired user. And save the note as follows Snap (10) View the Uploaded Note in the note section of the scheduled Meeting Snap (11) Click on the file to download it. Snap (12) View the note and Click on the name of the file to download . Snap (13) Snap (14) With this,the method to upload and download the file In SuiteCRM 7.11.7 Meetings Module comes to end.
