Troubleshoot java not found

Hi everyone. Thanks for being here!

I' m trying to troubleshoot a problem with getting Filebot to run a process following a Trasmission torrent download. The error I get is:

PATH/filebot.sh: line x: java: command not found

The error log is generated by Transmission which indicates it is running the Filebot script because that' s when the Java call happens but there is no entry in the amc.log. I can manually run the script from wherever I like and it works fine so I suspect some sort of permissions problem but I' m not very knowledgable about those.

Everything seems to be available to the admin user which is what I login as.

Can someone give me an idea of how to track down the problem?
