The bdsup2sub++ is a tool to convert and use bitmap subtitle streams. The bdsup2sub++ is a tool initially created to convert captions derived form a Blu-ray PGS SUP to DVD SUM or SUP. It can convert any supported import format to any export format. It can also add a fixed delay to all timestamps and perform a frame rate conversion to synchronize the output frame rate time stamps.
