Curlew

Curlew is easy to use, free and open source multimedia converter for Linux. It is written in python and GTK3 and it depends on FFmpeg and avconv. It is a command line utilities to provide the users with an ability to convert video file. The users can crop, split or use copy only features to convert the files. The program can also display various information about a multimedia file, such as progress value, duration, estimated size and remaining time, display file previews before the actual conversion, convert only a specific part of a file, add subtitles to video files, and display error details.
