DiffImg

DiffImg is a freeware tool used for finding the difference between two images. DiffImg is a linux utility which can be used to compare two images by placing them side by side. It takes two images with same size as its input and compares them to spot any difference between them. If there is any difference in pixels they are displayed as a color mask. It is available in open source and has an intuitive interface that supports to compare the BMP, PNG, JPG, Tiff, OpenExR images.
