Xombrero
Xombrero is based on WebKit engine and GTK+3, provides an ability to control cookies, plugins, javascript policies. It provides a mode called command mode for entering commands for tasks, including tabs (buffers) switching, entering URL's. This functionality can also be accessed with keyboard shortcuts. Xombrero is a minimalistic web browse that is compact, secure, and fast.
