Collectl

Collectl can read data from the current system and write to file or display it on the terminal. Some monitoring tool focus on a small set of statistics, but it reports the statistics on CPU, disk, memory, network, NFS, slabs, etc. The playback mode used in collectcl reads data from one or more raw data file and display on terminal. The record mode allows the users only to record the data from the live system and either displays it on the terminal or socket.
