ELB

ELB is a load balancing solution that provides scalable cloud computing capacity.ELB stands for Elastic Load Balancing, which is used to route traffic across multiple instances. It can achieve higher levels of fault tolerance for applications that used by the elastic load balancing. It supports both the Application Load Balancer and Classic Load Balancer.  It monitors the health of registered targets and routes traffic only to the healthy targets.
