It enables the users to deploy and enforce compliance controls for each amazon glacier vault through the vault lock policy. The users are recommended to use this storage service to avoid the issues that happened while capacity planning, data replication, and hardware failure detection and recovery. The service moves the business from old tape backup to new cloud-based storage.
