Automated installation is the process of installing/upgrading an Operating System without the need of user intervention. It is usually done whenever manual installation from the administrators is either too slow or too costly. In Linux, tools such as Tools such as Kickstart, FAI, Cobbler, Spacewalk and OpenQRM are used for the purpose of automated installation.
