httpd.conf is a main configuration file for Apache services. httpd.conf file contains all the basic functionality of the Apache services. These properties can be edited from the file directly using the super user. The main configuration file is usually called httpd.conf. In addition, other configuration files may be added using the Include directive, and wildcards can be used to include many configuration files.
