ip aliasing

IP aliasing is very useful for setting up multiple virtual sites on Apache using one single network interface with different IP addresses on a single subnet network. Thus one node on a network can have multiple connections to a network, each serving a different purpose. Alias network interface is configured on top of existing physical network interface. All existing Linux distributions including CentOS supports IP aliasing.
