php.ini

Variables such as upload sizes, file time-outs, and resource limits can be controlled by using php.ini file. Whenever a PHP based file is initialized, the php.ini file is read. In case of server module versions of PHP, the php.ini file is read only once when the web server is started, but in case of CGI and CLI versions it takes place on every invocation. Any changes to the PHP settings can be made in the php.ini file.
