Telnet

Telnet is a TCP/IP based protocol used for accessing remote computers. Telnet, which is expanded as a terminal network, can be handily used by an administrator to remotely access someone’s computer. Telnet can be used for a two way text oriented communication through a virtual terminal connection.A user can run commands through telnet, these commands will be functioning as though they are entered directly from the server console, and thus it can be used to easily control the server and also to communicate with servers on the network.
