ESXi

ESXi is a hypervisor of VMware, used to deploy and serve virtual computer. It is also known as an operating system based on the VMkernel, which is exclusively developed for VMware. It has a direct console interface for initial configuration and troubleshooting. The direct console allows the users to verify the default network configuration and to manage the settings after the host completes the auto-configuration. It is widely used for enterprise desktops and data center applications to facilitate the centralized management.
