Pinguy OS is a free and open source operating system for x86-based PCs, derived from Ubuntu Linux. Pinguy OS is a simple and easy to use OS. It is designed mainly for newbies. This OS is available for both 32 and 64 bit architectures. It uses the GNOME desktop environment.The default applications of GNOME desktop are Mozilla Firefox, VLC media player, Pinta image editor, Deluge BitTorrent client etc.
