Email Bounces

When an email is sent back to the sender instead of reaching the receiver, the mail is said to have bounced.  Generally, email bounces are notified to the sender as a new note in their indbox.Email bounces are of two types, hard bounce and soft bounce. The email is permanently sent back to the sender in case of hard bounce. It may happen when an email is addressed to an invalid mail id. In case of soft bounce, an email is sent back to the sender when the receiver’s mailbox is full or if their mail server is temporarily unavailable.
