IVR

IVR allows the callers to interact with their telephone system by using their telephone keypads. IVR can be added to PBX services such as Elastix and Sangoma as a module.  When invoked by a user, the IVR module sets up a menu system which plays an initial recording to the callers and allows them to dial an option or an extension number to route their call to their desired location.
