Lighttpd
Lighttpd is an open-source server, which acts an alternative to Apache. It is very fast and highly secure. It is built for high-performance environments and is an advanced HTTP daemon. It supports SCGI, FastCGI and CGI interfaces. It also supports SSL/TLS with the help of OpenSSl and uses RAM and CPU at a comparatively lower rate.
