Omnibus

Omnibus is a package that helps in spending less time installing Chef and more time building awesome, automated infrastructure. Chef is a configuration management tool written in Ruby and Erlang. It uses a pure-Ruby, domain-specific language (DSL) for writing system configuration recipes. Chef contains solutions for both small and large scale systems. With Omnibus, one can define a project, software, and its dependencies. Then, via Vagrant, the user can build the project on the VMs of any choice. Once the builds complete, the user has to confirm the platform-specific, full-stack versions of the concerned software.
