shutdown command

shutdown command is an interface to shut down the system locally or remotely. The users are recommended to know about the mentioned command. Runlevel 0 is used for system halt, runlevel 6 is used for system halt and runlevel 1 is used to trigger the system to perform administrative. The shutdown command can down the system remotely by using the shell session.This command will start the linux automatically and load all necessary services like networking support and Internet services.
