Speedtest CLI tool

Speedtest CLI tool allows the users to examine the Internet speed from a remote headless server. But it won’t allow us to schedule the speed test at regular intervals. CLI tool is written in Python, which will execute the code faster than other stream. The CLI tool is easy to use and execute without any error. Developers and system administrators are recommended to use this web based tool to speed up the production.
