sysstat

Sysstat is generally used for monitoring and troubleshooting problems. It has an in-built sar utility that contains the tools to schedule and collect information on the activity data. It also contains iostat, mpstat, pidstat and sadf.Using this tool we can get the information about the collective and individual CPU usage and statistics, memory usage, swap space, I/O activities, network statistics, content switch statistics and reports for specific time.
