Zip
Zip is one of the basic command tool used to compress the files in all Linux distributions.Zip command is a file package that reduces the file size. If the user transfer files between two servers, then the zip command will make it fast for better performance. User can also dump more files into a single zip file. Syntax of zip command is “zip [options] zipfile files_list”.
