Darkstat

Darkstat is a web based network traffic analyzer used in Linux distributions. Darkstat is used to analyze the network traffic and also generate the traffic reports for hosts. It is also known as a packet sniffer, which runs as a background process on a DSL router. Darkstat is designed with an easy format with the web interface. It can also generate the traffic reports for hosts and identify the ports detail. Installation of Darkstat in Ubuntu is explained in this manual.
