The eGroupware is free open groupware software intended for small business to enterprises. The eGroupware is a groupware project whose main function is to allow users to manage contacts, appointments, projects and to-do lists. It is based on PHP. It also has a knowledge base, integrated IMAP webmail client and file manager. It is used widely from small business to bigger enterprises. Its primary functions allow users to manage contacts, appointments, projects and to-do lists. eGroupware runs on an Ubuntu base system, requires a webserver, a database server, a mail server etc.
