Ethercalc

EtherCalc is free web spreadsheet Software; it runs on GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X and Windows. EtherCalc is spreadsheet collaboration in real time, free, written in JavaScript. The software is installed on a web server which is capable of running Node.js then the ethercalc is supported. In Ethercalc, the real time changes by the other participants can be viewed. The cell comments and sorting ranges is also done in ethercalc. It supports collaborative editing which permits multiple users to work on the same file. In this article we will learn how to install Ethercalc. It is usually installed on the centralized server for managing document, whereas the clients are connected to a network with server. The clients can access the document any time for editing using the URL of the document file. It will saves the data automatically.
