iTop

iTOP (IT Operational Portal) is a modular, web based system to support the IT operations. iTop is web based, fully open source and modular. It includes a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), configuration items and their affiliations. The information is stored in the server or PCs. The CMDB provides basic and functional modules. iTop is designed after the Model-View-Controller programming paradigm. It is a complete open source, ITIL, web-based service management, which is designed with helpdesk system and a document management tool. Instead of PHP and MySQL, you can run iTop.
