Jekyll is a site generator developed with template directory in Linux distributions. Jekyll is similar to CMS, which allows the users to work without database and complexity. Main purpose is to generate simple and static websites for personal or organizational purposes. It supports static websites and blogs. This is similar to CMS that runs without any data bases. It gets your contents in text format and produces a complete website.
