Mahara is a free, fully featured web applications. Mahara is used to create portfolio. Using this application the user can create jounals, upload files etc. A special tool called comprehensive blogging tool is available in Mahara that consider the blogs and blog postings are considered as Artefacts.Using this tool the user can create resumes of their owm by entering their personal details. It also acts as a social networking medium where one can maintain friends within a system.Mahara requires PHP, Apache services and is supported by PostgreSQL database.
