Osticket

Osticket is An open-source ticket system. Osticket routes inquiries, which are created through web forms, emails and phone calls into a platform of customer support. It is a quite simple and easy to use. So it can be normally used for help desk services. It holds custom fields and avoids agent collision. MySQL, Apache and PHP are needed for the installation of Osticket. This ticketing tool is needed to monitor the performance of the employees, and to analyze the quality of work.
