Web application

A web application is a program which runs on the web server. A web application is stored in a remote server, and it can be accessed in the internet via browser. Web applications can run on any platform, as it can be viewed and accessed based on the browser. In a web application, JavaScript based instructions are stored within the web page of a website, and the HTML code and CSS style sheet gives the web application a visual layout. All these components are functioned effectively through a browser.
