Inbound routing is one of the key pieces to a functional PBX. The Inbound Routes module is the mechanism used to tell your PBX where to route inbound calls based on the phone number. This module is used to handle SIP,and analog inbound routing. Setting up inbound routing properly is a critical step in the deployment of a PBX system.

To configure

You need to configure an inbound route so that Issabel knows how to handle received calls. Navigate to left hand menu & select Inbound Routes.

Scroll down to Set Destination. This is where you decide from where you want to redirect incoming calls.. Select from the dropdown box and click Submit to save your changes and complete the setup.
