To Configure Organization and Qualifications in OrangeHRM

In this tutorial we are going to see about configuration of Organization and Qualification fields in OrangeHRM.


Login OrangeHRM Panel.

Organisation setup

Go to Admin menu &rarr organisation and choose General information.

Fill the necessary fields.

Then choose Location option and click add

Fill the location detail of the employee.

Now the location will be saved.

Select Structure in Organization menu to create organization structure.

Click ‘ +’ (add) icon in previously created structure, enter the required fields and click Save.

Now we have created organisation structure successfully.

Qualification setup

Go to Admin menu &rarr Qualification and choose skill option.

Add the skill description and click Save.

Now the skill will be saved successfully.

Select Education option in Qualification menu.

And add the qualification details as shown below.


The educational qualification of employee is added successfully.

Select License option in Qualification.

Click add to enter the course details.

Fill the course details and click Save.


Select the language option in Qualification tab.

And add the languages


Select the membership option in Qualification tab.

Click add to enter the membership details.

Finally click Save.
